What recent reviews say

M&J does strong work on roofs, gutters, and skylights when crews show up, but scheduling reliability is a weak spot. Office staff sometimes miss calls and appointments without explanation; Louie's team delivers quality when engaged but inconsistent follow-up frustrates customers waiting for quotes or callbacks.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
