One recent complaint involved a missed inspection appointment and unresponsiveness, though the bulk of feedback spans two to three years earlier.
Reviewers consistently describe swift, polished roof replacements and repairs handled by named crew members like Manny, Josh, and Angel who communicate clearly and leave properties spotless. The work quality and speed stand out, but what sets this team apart is their willingness to go beyond the contract-helping with insurance paperwork, going the extra mile for homeowners in need, and treating your property like their own.
