What recent reviews say

Every job finishes in a day or two, with crew arriving at 7 am, completing work by evening, and leaving the yard cleaner than it started-reviewers note zero nails or debris left behind. Owner Seweryn (often called Sevy) and his team communicate through the process, send photos, stand behind their work years later, and quote fair prices after shopping competing bids; the GAF Factory-Certified roofing system gives owners confidence in long-term protection.

Property protection matters here: crew sets tarps and boards around plants before starting, brings their own trailer to haul debris same-day rather than leaving a dumpster for weeks, and handles complex jobs (multi-skylights, condo roofs, gutters) with the same efficiency. Reviewers mention returning crew members and friendly interactions, while one customer reported the owner fixing blown shingles years after install without hesitation.

Most jobs finish on schedule or faster, often in a single day even when scope expands. Kyle communicates clearly via text and photos, prices fairly, and his crew leaves no trace of the work. One reviewer experienced a no-show after Kyle selected the appointment time; another wished Kyle had stopped by after completion. Overall, the standard experience is professional, reliable, and clean. The business handles roof replacement, storm damage tarping, metal and shingle roofing, gutter work, and roof replacements on homes ranging from modern builds to 1872 Victorians. Reviewers consistently praise Edgar and the crew's willingness to work long hours in difficult conditions. Storm response appears immediate.

Strong fieldwork from crews like Terado, Royland, and Brian earns consistent praise for care and detail; energy audits uncover real savings (20% air leakage reduction, state rebates). However, larger projects run into friction: insulation jobs delivered messy and with surprise charges, solar installs stalled months past promised dates, and followup requests vanish into voicemail. Owner engagement rescues some situations quickly, but operational followup is unreliable across the company.
