Most reviewers describe smooth installations backed by a responsive team that handles city inspections and cleanup. Named staff like Adam, Brian, Taylor, and Chadwick appear across multiple five-star reviews for transparent process and quick problem-solving. Two complaints cite installation mistakes and slow compensation, with one customer waiting months for reimbursement despite the company's eventual resolve.
Five-star reviews praise staff like Tyler and James for informative estimates and professional manners. Recent one-star accounts allege dramatically inflated quotes, unsupervised crews causing damage, unfinished work, and resistance to repairs after town inspection failures.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Most customers praise RRCA's office coordination, insurance handling, and workmanship quality, particularly Jessica C's responsiveness and crew professionalism. Storm damage and replacement jobs are completed quickly, cleanly, and with careful site management. However, a minority report serious post-repair leaks, retained insurance funds without completing work, and quality control lapses (leftover nails, improper materials). Communication breakdowns occur during the insurance closure phase. These concerns are confined to about 4% of reviews but involve significant financial and structural stakes.
