Twenty five-star reviews paint a consistent picture: Felipe's crew arrives when promised, completes projects on or ahead of schedule, and leaves homes cleaner than they found them. Reviewers repeatedly praise his eye for detail, his willingness to fix anything short of his own standards, and his hands-on involvement from quote to final walk-through. Kitchen and bathroom remodels dominate the feedback, with tile work mentioned specifically for precision and care.

Austin, Darian, John, Kevin, and other supervisors stand out for sending hundreds of daily photos via a web portal and answering questions same-day, even at 10:30 PM. Customers say pricing beats competitors, quotes include scope (solar panel reinstalls, ridge vents, chimney flashing) others charge thousands extra for, and jobsites stay spotless - one supervisor swept debris hours after crew departure to protect kids playing nearby. Installation quality across asphalt shingles, flat EPDM, and gutters earns consistent praise. Salespeople (Greg, Shawndel, Kevin) take time upfront with drone inspections and written options. When scope grows mid-project, site managers adjust estimates and timelines transparently. Crew worked until last sunlight, trimmed tree branches free, and repositioned homeowner's patio furniture. One reviewer who found them via Instagram stayed skeptical until cold-calling their references confirmed excellent prior work.

Most recent work earns strong marks for speed, pricing, and professionalism. However, older complaints reveal a pattern: warranty issues go unresolved, staff disappear after payment, and installation defects (gutters, ridge vents) are not addressed despite direct contact.
