All 36 reviews rate five stars. Customers consistently praise Jorge and his crew for showing up on time, delivering clean work sites, and handling insurance claims without pressure. They install metal roofing, gutters, siding, and skylights with attention to detail-even flying drones for final photos.
Home Exteriors delivers reliable roof replacement and repair work with strong on-site execution: crews show up on time, finish quickly, and leave the yard spotless. The main catch is permit paperwork. Two homeowners found permits never got closed after their roofs were done, creating stress near closing day, though staff member Cassey attempted to help. Quality and friendliness are consistent; responsiveness on back-end tasks is not.
Most reviewers describe quick, clean projects with fair prices and hands-on oversight by owner Henry Vargas. Two recent one-star reviews report unresolved leaks and poor follow-up after payment, creating tension with the otherwise strong track record.
Five-star reviews consistently praise A Plus Exterior's responsiveness, competitive pricing, and quality siding and roofing work. Reviewers note skilled workmanship, insurance coordination, and attention to customer needs.
Advanced Construction shines on visible exterior work and siding projects, with crews praised for speed, cleanliness, and communication once work begins. David Preka and his team earn consistent five-star marks for deck replacement, historic restoration, and additions completed on schedule. However, a vocal minority reports serious gaps: material delays before jobs start, improper flashing and waterproofing that causes water damage later, and failure to disclose rotted wood to keep estimates low. One reviewer found fresh damage over old damage from prior Advanced work. Phone contact can be rough; at least one caller reported a dismissive receptionist. On smaller tasks (screen doors, railings), the crew sometimes goes silent. The 80% five-star rating masks a sharp divide: customers love the finished product and team professionalism on major projects, but some feel misled during the sales and inspection phases. Their website lists extensive licenses and a three-decade operating history, though reviews speak mainly to exterior and structural work rather than the full menu they advertise.
All four Google reviews are five-star. Recent feedback praises the team for professional execution, reliability, and careful attention to detail on masonry and roofing work. Limited review detail prevents broader claims, but available ratings show consistent satisfaction.

Premium Siding & Windows, run by Rich, handles siding, windows, gutters, roofing, and decks across central Connecticut. Work is thorough, clean, and on time; most praise centers on Rich's responsiveness, fair dealing, and crew quality over many years. One old complaint about a missed quote callback.
All six reviews rate Supremo Builders at five stars. Customers praise owner Joe and his crew for showing up personally, answering questions thoroughly, and finishing projects on time even under tight deadlines. The work quality and attention to detail earn repeat business from customers who've hired them multiple times for roofing, gutters, and broader home renovation.

Five of six reviewers experienced high-quality kitchen and bath remodels with strong project oversight and accessible communication from owner Pete Radzwillas. Limited evidence supports the assigned roof and gutter categories; no reviews mention roofing or gutter work.
Three recent five-star reviews consistently highlight Mike Mayk's professional approach, responsiveness, and clean work practices. His team handles roofing, siding, and gutter work with experience spanning over 15 years, showing up on time and cleaning up after the job.
All 12 Google reviews are five-star. Customers praise Tito's honesty, fair pricing, and speed. Multiple reviewers note materials arrive before work starts and crews show up on schedule, with no project delays. The team is described as hard-working, professional, and willing to solve tricky problems like roof leaks insurers couldn't locate.

One significant 1-star case documented flooding after work and unresolved accountability, though this stands apart from 35 five-star experiences praising speed, pricing, and professionalism.
Work quality and attention to detail earn consistent praise, with jobs finished ahead of schedule and jobsites left clean. However, follow-up on gutter adjustments and other aftercare has sometimes gone unaddressed. The 86% five-star rating reflects strong satisfaction with main projects, but follow-up work requires careful tracking.
All twelve Google reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently praise Gary and his crew for fast turnaround, professional service, and helping navigate insurance claims. One roof completed in a single day; another customer paid nothing after insurance assistance.

All five reviews are five-star. Customers praise roof and skylight replacements by owner Dom and his crew (Angel, Maria) for professional workmanship, clear communication, and tidiness. One hail storm left their new roof unscathed; another customer noted team responsiveness when a skylight had a manufacturing defect. Competitive pricing and quality shingle options are mentioned.
Five-star reviews highlight attentive estimates, careful handling of delicate roofs, and transformation-level cleaning. Recent one-star ratings cite safety concerns (traffic violations), aggressive signage placement, and unsolicited email enrollment. The company's strength lies in soft-wash expertise and staff courtesy; its weakness is boundary-crossing field practices and unclear upsell separation. Roof cleaning dominates praise, especially on metal and cedar. Gutter and siding work earns solid mentions. Pricing draws mixed reactions: some call it fair for results; others flag moss-treatment add-ons as steep or poorly explained upfront.
SOS delivers fast, professional roof replacement and repair work backed by nearly all five-star reviews. One past customer faced incomplete gutter work despite inclusion in contract and struggled to reach the owner for follow-up, suggesting occasional accountability gaps on secondary items.

Most reviewers praise Elite Home Exteriors for fast, clean work and Frank's hands-on responsiveness. Review evidence is limited to one negative account against 15 strong positives.

Owner engagement rescues some situations quickly, but operational followup is unreliable across the company.
Recent work shows strong trust and fair rates for commercial repairs. Contact responsiveness improved markedly; one old complaint about phone access is offset by current positive feedback on Jessica and office staff availability.
Two five-star reviews praise quick response times and quality work. One reviewer has used them for roofing, siding, and gutters across multiple jobs. Limited review data overall.
One Stop 360 earns strong marks for straightforward jobs like decks, fencing, and roof replacements, where Herson and his crew often deliver on time, keep sites clean, and listen to customers. Owner Herson is frequently mentioned as personable and communicative. However, two detailed negative reviews flag serious problems on larger, more complex projects: poor window installation quality control, subcontractor hiring decisions, and a pattern of unresponsiveness after payment. The gap between five-star and one-star experiences suggests this team performs well within their comfort zone but stumbles when projects involve detailed finishes or coordination across multiple trades. Customers report fair pricing on straightforward work, though one reviewer noted scope creep and cost adjustments mid-project. The company handles bathrooms, decks, fencing, and roof work, but the window and roofing experience described raises questions about their ability to manage complex installs to spec.
