Everlast Restoration delivers roof replacements on schedule with skilled crews who clean up thoroughly and keep costs fair. Owners Justin and Estefania earn consistent praise for being available and responsive; one outlier complaint about reckless highway driving in a company vehicle appears unrelated to the core roofing work.
Professional workmanship, punctual service, and thorough daily cleanup recur across 50 five-star reviews. Owners and crew communicate responsively, and pricing is fair compared to other bids. Problem-solving appears in coordinating complex jobs like solar panel removals and same-day ice jam repairs. Quality craftsmanship on roof replacements and repairs is consistent.
Roof replacements and repairs consistently ship on schedule with spotless cleanup and crews trained to protect yards and updated owners throughout the job. Matt, Brandon, John, and other named staff earn repeated praise for professionalism and follow-up. However, several customers report serious friction: a three-month wait for a complaint callback, hidden material downgrades (pressboard instead of plywood, OSB misrepresented), ridge vent promised but not installed without notice, and a perceived markup of 3x on plywood. Communication between sales and project managers has left some customers feeling misled. The company holds GAF Master Elite and Owens Corning certifications, handles storm damage and insurance claims smoothly, and most reviews celebrate the finished work and cleanliness. But newer or larger jobs with design changes show gaps: contract terms are opaque (no itemized pricing provided), and escalation to management has not resolved disputes to complainants' satisfaction. The 4.7 rating masks a bimodal split: 90 percent five-star enthusiasm, yet seven percent one- or two-star complaints signal genuine service recovery issues.
Rooftop Construction earns consistent five-star reviews for roof work across Fairfield and neighboring counties. Reviewers highlight the owners Erion and Besi by name, praising their speed, cleanliness, fair rates, and willingness to explain problems clearly. Installation and repair jobs close smoothly and on schedule with no complaints on record. The team handles roof replacement, metal roofing, flat roof systems, repairs, and gutter work. Reviewers note excellent attention to detail, professional job-site cleanup, and quality outcomes. Deck and siding jobs receive equal praise. All 25 reviews award five stars with no negative feedback reported.

They show up on time, keep the site clean, and explain options without pushing sales tactics. Specific strengths emerge across roof installations, gutter work, and siding repairs. Customers highlight fair pricing, solid workmanship on shingles and soffit, and warranties that back the job. The recurring note: a trustworthy outfit that does what it says it will do.
All 21 reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise Mike Plaskon and his crew for showing up fast, explaining options clearly, and delivering quality work at honest prices. One homeowner bought a home with a hidden roof issue after a storm; Charter Oak quoted fair, undercut competitors' prices, and completed a full replacement professionally. New homeowners and longtime residents alike say they'd call back for future work.
Installation quality is strong when crews arrive, but the path to that point involves frustrating delays, unresponsive communication, and product mismatches. Reviewers praise technicians like Dan, Dave, Darrell, and crew lead Lateef for professional work and clean sites. The critical complaint recurs: once paperwork is signed, responsiveness drops sharply. Multiple customers reported waiting months for meter connections, calling repeatedly to move projects forward, and discovering installed panels do not match what was promised (Hyundai instead of Tesla, 36 panels instead of 37). Post-installation support is described as slow and dismissive when problems arise.
Most work gets completed on time with strong attention to detail and clean sites, often at fair prices below other bids. Willian and his team respond quickly and communicate clearly throughout projects. However, two reviewers reported concerns about payment practices without written receipts and disputes over damage liability; one questioned the lack of warranty coverage within a year of installation.

Projects delivered on time and budget, with staff like David earning trust on industrial, multifamily, and adaptive reuse work across Connecticut.

Most customers report no such issues and cite Bob Brown, Bob Mateusiak, and the broader team as reliable and knowledgeable.
Twenty reviews paint a picture of a operation where Nick and his team show up when promised, finish faster than clients expect, and charge less than the next bid. Work spans residential flat roofs to 50,000 square foot warehouse jobs; every review praises both the final result and how the team communicated each step while keeping sites clean. The specific repeating pattern: Nick quotes fast, gives options instead of one fix, and stays present throughout the job. Large commercial projects drew detailed praise for handling logistics without disrupting tenants. No complaints appear across the full set of reviews.
Customers consistently return to T&C for roof replacements and repairs, citing Eddie's straightforward communication, fast turnaround, and crews that finish clean and respectfully. Most customers report flawless roof replacements, siding work, and gutter installations backed by named staff like Walter, Emery, and Xavier who communicate updates and clean up thoroughly. One recent two-star review flagged crew oversights: scaffolding damaged shingles, mismatched replacement parts, a dryer vent was covered, and old downspouts were drilled through new siding-issues the company corrected only after the customer noticed them. Storm damage inspections and insurance claim support stand out as strengths, with crews efficient enough to complete siding jobs in days and match existing materials precisely. The business holds GAF Master Elite Presidential 2-Star certification and has operated since 1965. Quality and communication excel when oversight is present; the two-star review suggests gaps when it is not.

Aluminum siding repairs, full roof replacements with underlayment, and gutter installations dominate the work. A handful mention warranty discussions and gift gestures at project close.

Alex oversees estimates personally, follows up weeks later, and explains decisions clearly.
Turner and Sons installs and repairs roofs, siding, windows, gutters, and doors across central Connecticut. Reviewers consistently praise responsive emergency service, named technicians like Ben and John who troubleshoot problems and go beyond expectations, and cleanup that leaves yards spotless. One complex siding job revealed early project management failures and a rough owner interaction, but a dedicated project manager turned it into a success, suggesting leadership issues can emerge under pressure but may be resolved.
All 43 reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise the crew's speed and professionalism, especially owner Joe D's honesty during estimates and follow-up after completion. Work stays clean, arrives on schedule, and finishes ahead of time. Fair quotes with no hidden fees and financing options offered. New roofs hold up through storms without leaks.
Reviewers consistently report fast arrival and responsive service from named staff members like Teresita, Jose, and John, who are praised for courtesy and thorough cleanup of water and mold damage. Every review is five stars. Jonathan and his crew arrive quickly for emergencies, complete jobs on time and to standard, and keep customers informed throughout. Reviewers highlight their willingness to handle small repairs without dismissing the work, their ability to guide customers through insurance claims, and pricing described as reasonable and fair.
Most customers experience reliable, communicative service and finished work that looks polished and professional. The crew shows up on time, keeps sites clean daily, and stands behind mistakes-even major ones like misaligned EPDM roofing or Trex boards. Two reviewers flagged premium pricing on smaller jobs and one reported messy demolition, unclear specs, and communication breakdowns on a larger renovation, though site workers themselves performed well. Tom, Jonathan, Jeff, and Mark appear repeatedly as responsive points of contact who walk customers through options and track progress closely. The business handles warranty claims on old siding and replaces damaged materials at no extra charge. Roofing, siding, gutters, sunrooms, and kitchen/bathroom remodels are the main work; some jobs take months to source materials upfront.
Strong crews and individual project managers (Zach, Joe, Jesse) earn consistent praise for on-time work, clean sites, and willingness to fix issues during the job. However, several customers report unresponsive management after completion, installation mistakes requiring correction, debris left behind, damaged landscaping, and significant leaks or performance problems emerging months later. Communication breakdowns worsen the experience when customers try to address warranty concerns. The company excels at sales promises and initial execution but struggles with follow-through accountability. Problems range from minor (broken gutter hangers, drip edge concerns) to major (roofs leaking at 18 months, mysteriously bulging sections, downspouts clogged with construction debris). Customers emphasize documenting everything in writing before signing and inspecting the work closely during installation.

Most customers praise Finestra for fast, professional window installations at competitive prices. Louis, Danny, Wynter, and the installation teams are consistently named as courteous and efficient. However, one reviewer had disappointing pre-sale communication and delayed estimate follow-up, and another found drafts after installation that staff declined to address with insulation, requiring the homeowner to fix it themselves.
Five-star reviews across the board show Bridges responding fast, delivering skilled work, and respecting homeowners throughout the process. Staff like Kevin explain insurance claims in detail; crew managers ensure quality and pick up after themselves; projects run on or ahead of schedule with transparent estimates. Reviewers consistently mention named crew members-Joe England, Adrian, Kevin, Javior, Angel, Herbert-indicating stable, trained teams that follow through on fixes.
Most jobs finish on time with neat work and fair pricing, often led by Iris who stays in touch throughout projects. However, some customers report paint peeling or bubbling within months, with slow response when calling back for fixes, and a few cite unclear estimates that don't account for materials, waste, or prep work. Painting and deck work dominate the positive reviews. The two one-star complaints both mention miscommunication or scope issues. Roofing and metal roofing reviews are absent from the sample, limiting visibility into those services.
Most customers praise Royal Roofing's speed and professionalism. Elvis, John, Justin, and crew members are repeatedly named for clear explanations, timely work, and respectful communication. One reviewer reported serious concerns about door-to-door solicitation and inadequate disclosure of insurance claim consequences, leading to policy cancellation and substantial financial harm. The business consistently delivers roof replacements within days to a week, keeps jobsites clean, and handles storm damage and insurance coordination. The team takes hours to assess jobs properly, explains options without pressure, listens carefully to what owners need, and delivers work quickly with attention to detail. Their scope spans roof replacement, gutters, siding, gable work, and ice dam removal. Reviewers single out crew efficiency, daily cleanup, and rapid response to emergencies. Pricing lands as fair relative to the quality offered. Staff members named include Chris, Talyah, Caleb, Darryl, and River. Leon Roofing finishes roofs and gutters in a single day with crews that show up on time, clean up after themselves, and stay friendly throughout. Most reviewers paid less than quoted or felt the price matched the work, and the owner or his team walked them through every step without pressure or surprises. The business has worked on insurance claims, full replacements, chimney repairs, and siding. One long-term customer reports 10 years of reliable service. Across 20 reviews here, no complaints emerged: work quality, site hygiene, crew professionalism, and ownership reliability earned consistent five-star ratings.

EPB shows exceptional consistency across roof replacement, gutter work, and snow removal. Crews arrive on schedule, complete jobs in the promised timeframe (often three to four days for full replacements), and leave properties spotless with no stray nails or debris. Emilio, the owner, personally measures jobs and handles estimates within a day; his crew works like "a fine tuned machine" and communicates clearly throughout. Pricing is described as competitive and fair, never the lowest bid but backed by visible quality. Repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals dominate the feedback, with one reviewer noting that Emilio's team is now working on multiple homes on the same street.
Most jobs deliver on time with honest pricing and solid work, particularly gutter installations and repairs. A small group of recent complaints describe no-shows and unresponsiveness after scheduling, a sharp contrast to the bulk of five-star reviews praising quick turnarounds and friendly service.
All 14 reviews award five stars. Customers consistently praise the team for scheduling quickly, communicating clearly, and finishing roof replacements in a single day with meticulous cleanup. Staff by name-Ryan, Gavin, Mark, and Fil-appear repeatedly as trusted coordinators who explain options (physical shingle samples mentioned) and oversee the work personally, leaving properties spotless and free of debris. One reviewer noted CRS was the only company to provide a physical catalogue of shingle types and colors, setting them apart in the consultation process.

All 17 recent reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise Vincent and his team for speed, honesty, and clear communication. Multiple reviewers note fast scheduling, quick job completion, and fair quotes. Vincent's diagnostics stand out: he investigates root causes (step flashing, ice damming, interior attic damage) rather than pushing unnecessary full replacements. Work includes before/after documentation, drone roof inspections, and three-year warranties. Commercial and residential projects all receive equal attention, even during holidays or short notice requests. Services span repairs, replacements, flat roofs, shingle roofs, metal roofing, and siding work. Customers mention soft roof washes, moss removal, mildew cleaning, and storm damage repairs. The team handles emergency ice removal in winter conditions. Vincent appears as the primary contact in nearly every review, known for thorough explanations, climbing into attics to check interior damage, and following through on promises with post-job inspections a year later.
All 12 reviews are five-star. Crew quality stands out: work is detailed, sites are left spotless, and the overall experience is described as stress-free. No negative themes emerge from the data.
Most customers encounter a company known for polished project management, named technicians who solve complex problems thoughtfully, and a clear commitment to making things right. Owner Woody and crews like foreman Jensen earn consistent praise for treating properties with care. However, recent jobs reveal inconsistent quality control: missed details surface only after installation (rusted nails, cracked trim), follow-up visits pile up, and site cleanup falls short of professional standards. The company recovers well when pressed, but the burden of catching errors lands on the homeowner.
Most reviewers praise Diamond for knowledgeable, responsive staff (particularly Mike Kingsley), efficient crews, and clean work that finishes on time. One reviewer reported two years of leak problems and a denied warranty claim, which undercuts the otherwise strong track record on larger jobs.

Reviewers praise punctuality, photo documentation during jobs, thorough gutter cleaning and inspection, roof repair quality, and siding installation-plus a knack for handling storm damage and clogged gutters under tight timelines.
Twenty-five reviews paint QNK Roofing as precise and reliable: crews diagnose leaks correctly rather than patch them, arrive on schedule, finish ahead of time, and leave properties spotless. Named techs Patricio and Fernando earn specific praise for attention to detail on specialty materials like cedar and slate. Most customers experience straightforward, professional projects delivered on time and under budget. Chris and Anthony lead crews that stay clean, explain their work, and adjust quotes fairly. One long-standing complaint from 20 years ago flags unresolved window trim and warranty issues under previous leadership, but recent work consistently draws praise for quality materials and care. The family runs a Milford-based operation serving Fairfield and New Haven counties since 1992. Roofing projects frequently mention 50-year warranties and structural fixes handled with transparency. Gutter and siding work pairs well with roof installations. Insurance claims coordination appears reliable, and the team works around client schedules.
Seven of nine reviews praise BNF's installation quality, crew organization, and property care during roof replacement. One dated complaint about a driver's conduct on a public street stands apart from the consistent feedback on job execution and cleanliness.
Nutmeg Roofing earns strong marks for speed, availability, and repair work. Sonny and crew typically answer calls same-day, handle insurance claims smoothly, and finish jobs quickly with minimal mess. Chris and team earned particular praise for a full replacement with solar coordination. The mix cracks over a high-stakes dispute: a $26,000 covered pergola roof built completely flat, causing water pooling and structural damage, with the owner alleging Sonny dismissed the failure. A separate complaint cited repeated delays (two-hour wait despite appointments) and defensive texts when reviewed. Most reviewers rank the work and communication highly, but these conflicts suggest stakes matter. Praise focuses on Sonny Mitchell's direct manner, availability (including Saturday emergency ice dam calls), and crew professionalism. Work spans roof repairs, full replacements, ice/snow removal, gutter work, and driveway repair. One five-star reviewer praised cleanup and lawn care as thoroughly as the roof itself. Service footprint includes Orange, Fairfield, and beyond.
Most reviews focus on solar installation quality, where customers consistently praise professional workmanship and responsive communication. Recent 1-star reviews raise serious concerns about warranty enforcement and poor responsiveness to post-sale issues, creating uncertainty about accountability.
Thirty reviews paint two very different pictures. The vast majority describe fast, detail-focused work backed by responsive communication and fair pricing; Jorge personally handles estimates and coordinates crew seamlessly. One damaging account details a job that dragged four months, multiplied in cost through repeated mid-project billing changes, and ultimately required a second contractor to fix defective work, resulting in $20k in damages and ongoing litigation. The pattern across successful reviews shows strength in responsive estimates, quick scheduling, and crew professionalism on jobs ranging from repairs to full renovations. Roof and gutter work gets mentioned only briefly; broader carpentry, siding, and door installation feature more prominently. The single severe complaint centers on scope creep, financial manipulation, and incomplete work, not on roof-specific expertise.
Most jobs wrap in a single day, with Tony and the crew handling both residential and commercial work at competitive prices and rarely leaving debris behind. Strong reputation for upfront communication and cutting through the sales pitch; one serious complaint from a contractor about unpaid wages suggests occasional friction with suppliers or subcontractors.

Cristian and his team earn consistent praise for replacing and repairing roofs quickly, often in a single day, with meticulous cleanup and transparent, competitive pricing. Their strength lies in steering customers through insurance claims after storm damage. One serious complaint alleges the company employed door-to-door tactics in Meriden to solicit false damage claims, which conflicts sharply with the overwhelmingly positive track record.
Mini Beast handles storm damage and roof leaks with speed and professionalism, working directly with insurance companies to maximize coverage and minimize customer costs. Repeat customers praise their fair estimates, knowledgeable staff, and reliable work across roofing, gutters, siding, and decking projects.
Installation crews are professional and thorough, cleaning up carefully and handling complex projects. Reviewers value the non-pushy approach and patient explanations. The most recent review, however, noted a communication failure: 2.5 weeks of silence after a utility rejection and months to resolve an incentive payment issue.
Most reviewers praise New England for quick response, professional crews, and honest pricing. Owners JC and Dan earn particular credit for follow-up and drone inspections that catch hard-to-spot problems. However, one detailed complaint describes a roof replacement that leaked, sat tarped for months, and sparked conflicts over warranty repairs; the reviewer eventually paid a competitor instead. This scattered across 109 reviews suggests isolated breakdown rather than pattern, but warrants care on warranty clarity upfront.
All three five-star reviews highlight exceptional work on complex jobs and sturdy material choices. The business stands out for using exclusively 24-gauge standing seam metal, handles intricate installations like dormers and pole barns, and crews complete on schedule.

Nearly all jobs run on time, with crews leaving sites cleaner than they found them. Mike and his team explain work upfront, stick to quoted prices and timelines, and follow up after completion. One early caller reported a rude phone interaction, but dozens of completed projects show consistent professional execution across residential and commercial roofs.
Rob's Roofing handles emergency repairs, replacements, and gutter work across residential properties in Wallingford. All eight reviews are five-star, with consistent praise for smooth projects and workmanship that surpassed expectations. Crews arrive on time, complete work efficiently, leave sites spotless, and communicate clearly from inspection through final walkthrough.
All 10 reviews award five stars. Customers consistently cite fair pricing, on-time work, and direct communication from Mike and Dan Perry. One reviewer noted About Time was the lowest bidder among multiple quotes and included painting in the price; another praised their handling of an insurance claim for storm damage across roof, siding, gutters, and windows.

Eight five-star reviews praise My Roof Guys for on-time arrival, clear explanations before starting work, and attention to detail. Five-star reviews praise Pete, Rick, and Neal for honest assessments, quick responsiveness, and clean execution on roofs and skylights; jobs finish early, pricing is fair, and crews treat homes with care. However, multiple one-star reviews document serious installation flaws (copper flashing, gutters installed incorrectly, nails left on driveways), language barriers preventing communication, and critical disputes over warranty coverage for leaks and interior water damage totaling thousands of dollars, which the company denies responsibility for.

Five-star reviews praise M2 for fast, professional roofing and roof replacement work, transparent quotes, and responsiveness during emergencies. One-star reviews report broken promises, long project delays, poor communication, pricing disputes, and in one case a legal lien placed on a homeowner's property without apparent justification. The stark divide suggests inconsistency in project delivery and customer handling. Recent work praised includes full roof replacements completed in three days, tile repairs handled professionally, and teams that responded at night to protect exposed roofing. Complaints span delayed roof replacements in Florida lasting months, siding work that took three times longer than promised, and staff communication barriers.
