Homeowners consistently report Dave as responsive, punctual, and transparent about pricing. Jobs from skylight flashing to full roof replacement get completed on schedule, with crew attention to property and follow-up calls after work. Fair pricing and willingness to fix problems left by other contractors have built repeat customers.
Most jobs finish in a day with meticulous site cleanup and careful handling of landscaping. Scott Winn leads a crew known for showing up on time, explaining options without pressure, and standing behind their work with immediate attention if a customer has doubts. Named technicians include Jose, Tyler, and Sean; office staff Alexis and Loni also receive praise. Reviewers note state-of-the-art equipment, affordability despite quality, and owner follow-ups to inspect completed work. Gutter guard installation once required a return visit to satisfy the homeowner.
A-Preferred earns consistent five-star praise for finishing on time or early, charging fair rates, and taking care with every detail. Stephon leads a crew described as friendly, professional, and communicative across roof work, siding, decks, bathrooms, and remodeling projects.
All 17 recent reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise Vincent and his team for speed, honesty, and clear communication. Multiple reviewers note fast scheduling, quick job completion, and fair quotes. Vincent's diagnostics stand out: he investigates root causes (step flashing, ice damming, interior attic damage) rather than pushing unnecessary full replacements. Work includes before/after documentation, drone roof inspections, and three-year warranties. Commercial and residential projects all receive equal attention, even during holidays or short notice requests. Services span repairs, replacements, flat roofs, shingle roofs, metal roofing, and siding work. Customers mention soft roof washes, moss removal, mildew cleaning, and storm damage repairs. The team handles emergency ice removal in winter conditions. Vincent appears as the primary contact in nearly every review, known for thorough explanations, climbing into attics to check interior damage, and following through on promises with post-job inspections a year later.
Every review praises Dillon and his team for speed, honesty, and meticulous work. Same-day quotes, 24-hour emergency response, and quality that consistently beats competitors on price without cutting corners. Reviewers trust him because he explains options clearly, does the work himself rather than outsourcing, and cares enough to return after hours to clean up nails from the driveway.
All nine reviews are five-star. Customers praise quick turnaround on commercial and residential jobs, friendly staff, and reliable repairs. Metal roof coatings and leak fixes are specifically mentioned as strong areas.
Almost exclusively five-star reviews praise professional, speedy work and fair pricing. Two older negative reviews cite non-responsive follow-up, but recent feedback is uniformly strong.
Axel and his team deliver consistent results on roof replacements and repairs. Every review praises their responsiveness, honesty about what work is truly needed, and attention to communication. Progress photos, site cleanup, and respect for the home while working are standard. The owner personally oversees projects and his crew executes with care, even on large cedar shingle homes or complex repairs after poor prior work. Prices come in fair or under budget, and clients report using Trepovich for 20+ years and referring neighbors repeatedly.
CT Home Remodelers handled roof replacements with strong insurance knowledge: multiple reviewers report staff identified storm damage and guided claims to full approval. Work finished on time, sites stayed clean, and crews treated the job as they promised. No negative reviews appeared in recent or historical records.
Across 65 reviews, Valley Roofing earns consistent praise for speed, honest pricing, and thorough roof work led by owner Tony. Reviewers highlight quick response times, clear communication that avoids upselling, and skilled execution on everything from residential repairs to commercial leaks and storm damage. One significant complaint centers on incomplete finishing work, damaged security cameras, and poor follow-up when finishing details (caulking, trim) fell short, which overshadowed an otherwise solid siding job. The business serves broad areas across central Connecticut and claims over 35 years in operation. Multiple reviews praise Tony and crew member Eliza by name for professionalism and flexibility. Standout strengths include handling complex jobs like roofs with solar panels in winter conditions and resolving long-standing commercial leaks others had failed to fix. The single negative experience underscores the risk of incomplete work and delayed follow-through on smaller finishing items.
Dave Melaragno and his crew earn consistent praise for roof work, repairs, and inspections completed on schedule with clear pricing. Clients value his transparent explanations, quick responses to calls and emails, and respectful job sites. One recent complaint documents abandoned debris and no follow-up after a siding removal, offsetting an otherwise strong reputation for reliability. The business handles roof replacement, emergency tarping, storm damage, gutters, siding, and insurance claims across western and central Connecticut. CertainTeed ShingleMaster certified and a Connecticut licensed adjuster, Melaragno stands out for detailed quotes and honest guidance against unnecessary work.
All four five-star reviews highlight technician Jude's reliability and knowledge, with customers noting the crew's respectful work and thorough cleanup. Evidence is limited to recent 2026 reviews but uniformly positive.
White Home Products handles siding, roofing, windows, gutters, and doors with consistent professionalism. Crews arrive on time, finish ahead of schedule, keep sites clean, and address questions immediately. Dan and John White earn trust by offering candid advice even when sales are unlikely; installers Alex and Vitali are repeatedly named for skill and courtesy. Pricing draws praise as fair and competitive. A property manager representing 250 homes lists them as a top vendor. One unrelated complaint about traffic behavior is not pertinent to their services.
Rob's Roofing handles emergency repairs, replacements, and gutter work across residential properties in Wallingford. Most reviewers praise the crew for showing up quickly, explaining what they find, walking the property afterward to remove debris, and working with insurance. One reviewer mentioned a no-show without contact; another discovered hidden damage after shingles came off that raised the quote.
Strong track record across 23 reviews, with 87 percent five-star ratings. Reviewers consistently praise Dean and his crews for fast responses, honest communication, fair pricing, and skilled work on roof replacements and repairs. A small number report cleanup lapses or quality concerns with patch work, though the majority experience professional service from quote through completion.
Juan's crew earns consistent five-star reviews for roof and gutter work across Fairfield County, praised for attention to detail, clean sites, and meeting deadlines. Two older complaints flag a missed appointment and high pricing, but recent years show none of these issues recurring.
All five reviews praise full roof replacements, specifically calling out crew professionalism, cleanliness, speed, and attention to detail. Duval led communication in at least one job, explaining steps clearly. Evidence is limited to this small sample, but no negatives appear.
Sal answers calls himself and arrives quickly, often same-day or next-morning, especially for storm damage. Reviewers consistently praise fair pricing, expert diagnostics that avoid unnecessary replacement, and polished workmanship where repairs blend invisibly into existing roofs. Long-term customers report satisfaction with replacements and reliable follow-up when issues arise years later.
All 10 reviews award five stars. Customers consistently cite fair pricing, on-time work, and direct communication from Mike and Dan Perry. One reviewer noted About Time was the lowest bidder among multiple quotes and included painting in the price; another praised their handling of an insurance claim for storm damage across roof, siding, gutters, and windows.
One recent review highlights basement remodeling work, praising Fikret and his team for clear communication, reliability, and finishing details. The business operates across Connecticut and lists roofing, gutters, and remodeling services on their website.
Bartlett Brainard earns trust through consistent professionalism, quick response times, and a commitment to quality that extends even to hidden work. Staff like Cathy, Josh, and Karen are well-known repeat contacts who guide clients through decisions without pushy sales tactics. Roofing, windows, siding, and decking jobs show careful attention to materials and structural integrity. Crews keep job sites clean and respect homeowner property. The rare sour interaction involves a sales consultation that felt more interested in a large contract than solving a smaller repair problem, with weak follow-up afterward.
Nick and his team earn strong trust through quick turnarounds and willingness to tackle jobs others turn away. Owners consistently praise his professionalism, fair pricing, and ability to navigate insurance claims and complex scenarios without delays or surprise charges. Communication and cleanup also earn repeated mentions. That said, one detailed review flags finishing work gaps, abandoned follow-up, and paint overspreading that required corrections. Most jobs sail through smoothly; this outlier suggests inconsistency when the work goes complex or involves detail work outside roofing and gutters.
Speed and cleanliness define Preference Construction's reputation. Crews typically finish roof replacements in a single day, leaving yards and driveways spotless. The owner and crew show up early, address structural issues on the fly, and leave no debris behind. However, scheduling responsiveness varies: one customer waited hours with no confirmation after an initial same-day inspection was promised, and another dispute from 2017 involved warranty denial and the owner's refusal to address alleged roofing defects without full replacement cost. The business handles shingles, gutters, gutter guards, and damage repairs across several services. Staff like Stevenson and Steven receive consistent praise for professionalism, though recent communication lapses on intake and past warranty conflicts warrant caution if fast scheduling or post-installation problem-solving is critical to you.
JP Carroll Roofing handles large and small projects with consistent professionalism. Multiple named project managers (Mike Chase, Alex, Rob, Mike Consolini, Mike Manwuell) stayed responsive throughout jobs, shared progress photos, and answered questions without hesitation. Crews arrived on time-sometimes early-completed work the same day when possible, and left properties cleaner than they found them. The main hesitation reviewers mention is price, though some acknowledge that reflects current market conditions. Service ranges from routine roof replacement to emergency leak repair, hail damage, ice dam fixes, and full multi-unit condo roofs. Consultants like Adam and Wil take time to explain options without pressure. The business has handled repeat customers over a decade, and condo associations trust them for complex oversight. Slate, shingle, metal, and flat roofing all appear in jobs cited.
All five-star reviews across eight ratings. Samuel and his crew handle roof repairs and replacements with speed and care. Customers praise competitive estimates, rapid completion, clean work, and professional demeanor. Limited review detail, but the pattern is consistent satisfaction.
Brown Roofing has earned strong trust across 1090 reviews for consistent workmanship, transparent budgets, and crews that show up on time and clean up thoroughly. Dave, Mike, Geoff, Noel, and other named technicians appear regularly in praise for professionalism and skill. The company stands out for daily on-site supervision, weather flexibility, and often including extra repairs at no charge. A handful of customers flag higher quotes than competitors or slower callback times on warranty issues as the firm has grown, but these are exceptions to the prevailing pattern of satisfied multi-service jobs. Roof replacements, vinyl siding, and gutters draw the most detailed positive feedback. Insurance inspections and ice dam work are also listed services. The sales process includes in-home consultations and material options review. Office staff (Michelle mentioned) coordinate scheduling and handle delays. Most crews clean driveways with magnets and blow out debris when finished. One hiring misstep aside, team professionalism is the dominant note across seven years of projects.
Abdul and his team consistently deliver high-quality work across roofing, gutters, siding, and remodeling projects. Reviewers emphasize their professionalism, clear communication, and ability to complete jobs on time while keeping sites clean and respecting homeowner preferences. Named technician Abdul Perry appears in multiple reviews and is praised for attention to design detail and workmanship. Projects ranging from roof replacement (completed in one day with next-day cleanup) to custom decks consistently exceed expectations. Pricing is described as reasonable, and the crew's willingness to adjust schedules around homeowner needs stands out.
Ivan and his crew deliver on promises consistently. Projects arrive on schedule, finish fast, and leave no debris behind. He breaks down costs upfront, answers questions without judgment, and stays on site to supervise. Reviewers compare favorably to larger roofing chains and feel their homes transformed by work that balances speed with quality. Siding, roof replacement, and gutter jobs dominate the review sample. Pricing comes described as competitive and reasonable. The owner's personal involvement-walking through properties post-job, fixing prior contractor errors, adding extras without charge-shapes how customers feel treated. Repeat recommendations and gratitude notes suggest this trust extends across multiple projects and seasons.
H Restoration handles roof work, water damage, and gutters with consistent speed and clear communication. Hugo and his crew finish jobs promptly, keep sites clean, and walk homeowners through insurance claims. One complaint about mailbox protocol does not reflect their core roofing and restoration services.
Homeowners consistently report quick, hassle-free roof replacements and siding work. Fonsi (owner) and Carlos (roofing specialist) earn praise for friendliness, straightforward communication, and fair rates that felt reasonable compared to expectations. Staff accommodate Spanish-speaking customers, handle questions promptly, and deliver projects without complications. The entire process-from quote through completion-leaves reviewers feeling heard and satisfied, with no negative feedback across the 69 reviews examined.
Most jobs wrap in a single day, with Tony and the crew handling both residential and commercial work at competitive prices and rarely leaving debris behind. Strong reputation for upfront communication and cutting through the sales pitch; one serious complaint from a contractor about unpaid wages suggests occasional friction with suppliers or subcontractors.
Across multiple jobs, reviewers consistently describe prompt responses, thorough roof inspections, and skilled leak repairs. Staff take time explaining problems, keep customers updated at each stage, and leave properties spotless. Work spans roof repairs, chimney cleaning and inspection, and broader home maintenance tasks performed in single visits.
Most jobs finish within a day or two. Manny and his crew show up when promised, price fairly, and leave the site clean. Reviewers consistently praise the speed and professionalism, especially on roof leaks, gutter installation, and emergency calls. One earlier appointment was missed, but 94 percent of reviews are five-star and recent feedback remains strong. Gutter work, roof repair, and full roof replacement are the most common jobs mentioned. Reviewers describe fast turnarounds, spotting hidden problems like roof rot, and quality materials. The business also handles siding repairs and other trades.
Samper and his crew earn consistent praise for showing up on time, keeping work sites spotless, and sending photo updates throughout the job. Fair pricing, clear communication, and quality installation appear standard across most projects. One reviewer reported serious safety concerns and felt overcharged, but this stands as an outlier among 81 reviews.
One reviewer called out fast, professional repair work completed within budget, with a crew that cleaned up properly after finishing.
All 20 reviews across 5 stars praise the team for remodels that feel polished and finished. Kitchen and bathroom work dominate, with reviewers naming staff like Marcelo and Pablo, highlighting tile work, fixture choices, and layouts that work. Jobs consistently close on time and budget with tidied jobsites; Eva in the office earns specific mention for claim paperwork and scheduling.
Nutmeg Roofing earns strong marks for speed, availability, and repair work. Sonny and crew typically answer calls same-day, handle insurance claims smoothly, and finish jobs quickly with minimal mess. Chris and team earned particular praise for a full replacement with solar coordination. The mix cracks over a high-stakes dispute: a $26,000 covered pergola roof built completely flat, causing water pooling and structural damage, with the owner alleging Sonny dismissed the failure. A separate complaint cited repeated delays (two-hour wait despite appointments) and defensive texts when reviewed. Most reviewers rank the work and communication highly, but these conflicts suggest stakes matter. Praise focuses on Sonny Mitchell's direct manner, availability (including Saturday emergency ice dam calls), and crew professionalism. Work spans roof repairs, full replacements, ice/snow removal, gutter work, and driveway repair. One five-star reviewer praised cleanup and lawn care as thoroughly as the roof itself. Service footprint includes Orange, Fairfield, and beyond.
Tough Remodeling Group earns consistent five-star reviews for roof replacements and installations completed in one day, with crews arriving early and leaving the site spotless. Staff like Rahmad and Derek walk homeowners through every step, communicate via phone and text, and handle add-on services like gutters and siding with equal care, though one customer reported unresponded follow-up on loose shingles after installation.
All 37 reviews award five stars. Homeowners consistently praise Cinco for on-time completion, precise work, and jobsite cleanliness; owner Fausto is noted for direct communication and fair pricing that undercuts competitors. Work spans roof replacement, gutter custom fabrication, metal roofing, and siding, with staff managing debris daily and leaving yards neat.
Reviewers consistently report fast, well-organized crews who show up on schedule, complete jobs thoroughly, and clean up after themselves. Named staff (Luis, Gus, Kim, Jody) are praised as professional and easy to work with; the office team handles communication clearly and helps arrange logistics, from solar panel removal to post-job follow-up. Roof replacement and repair jobs dominate the feedback, with particular praise for solving persistent valley leaks and ice dam removal. Gutter and siding work also rated highly. Pricing comes through as fair, and the company handled multiple jobs (roof, gutters, solar coordination) in a single week without compromising quality or cleanliness.
All six reviews award five stars. Nick, the owner, earns consistent praise for roof replacements and repairs completed on time with meticulous finish work. Customers value his honesty, clear communication about options, and insurance expertise; he keeps jobsites neat and stands behind his work without pushiness.
All 28 reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently praise the crew for finishing jobs quickly, keeping sites clean, and charging fair prices. Owner Mr. Anderson handles estimates transparently and communicates clearly. The team handles roof replacement, repairs, siding, gutter cleaning, and insurance claims without drama or delays.
Most recent work earns consistent five-star praise for on-time arrival, clean sites, and skilled crews. Older negative reviews cite a post-repair leak and alleged misdiagnosis, but recent feedback emphasizes fair pricing and respectful service without upsell pressure.
One recent reviewer called Storm Smart knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Evidence is minimal: a single five-star review provides limited insight into service quality across their stated roofing, inspection, and gutter work.
Most reviewers praise New England for quick response, professional crews, and honest pricing. Owners JC and Dan earn particular credit for follow-up and drone inspections that catch hard-to-spot problems. However, one detailed complaint describes a roof replacement that leaked, sat tarped for months, and sparked conflicts over warranty repairs; the reviewer eventually paid a competitor instead. This scattered across 109 reviews suggests isolated breakdown rather than pattern, but warrants care on warranty clarity upfront.
Most customers experience straightforward, professional projects delivered on time and under budget. Chris and Anthony lead crews that stay clean, explain their work, and adjust quotes fairly. One long-standing complaint from 20 years ago flags unresolved window trim and warranty issues under previous leadership, but recent work consistently draws praise for quality materials and care. The family runs a Milford-based operation serving Fairfield and New Haven counties since 1992. Roofing projects frequently mention 50-year warranties and structural fixes handled with transparency. Gutter and siding work pairs well with roof installations. Insurance claims coordination appears reliable, and the team works around client schedules.
All four reviews are five stars. Customers praise Rob's responsiveness, craftsmanship, and follow-through on bathroom renovations, fencing, and roofing work. His team (including Rudy and son Seth) show up on schedule and fix issues without pushback.
Five of six reviews describe affordable pricing and fast, courteous work. Andrew (the owner) quotes personally, shows up as promised, and crews finish in a single day. One reviewer docked a star because the roof work wasn't fully completed per contract, and damage to landscaping went uncompensated.
Rick's delivers strong execution on major roof and siding projects, with responsive scheduling and fair quotes that beat competitors. Recent communication gaps on smaller work and one long-standing quality complaint temper an otherwise solid track record in the Milford area.
Most work arrives on schedule, cleanup is meticulous, and the team handles insurance claims expertly. Jose is named repeatedly for knowledge and professionalism. One recent complaint involved a missed inspection appointment and unresponsiveness, though the bulk of feedback spans two to three years earlier.
Busy Bee consistently delivers fast roof work with minimal disruption. Bill Stroh leads crews that finish jobs in a day or two, use quality materials like GAF shingles, clean up thoroughly, and follow up after completion to catch stray nails or debris.
Henry and his crew deliver consistent, thorough work across roofing, maintenance, and cleaning. Repeat customers cite high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
All 10 available reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise quick turnaround, professional crews, and meticulous cleanup (including magnetic nail removal). Dwayne and his team handle roof replacements, roof repairs, siding, gutters, and insurance claims across Connecticut; they explain options upfront and respond to questions promptly. Fair pricing is mentioned alongside workmanship quality.
Clear explanations from Shaun, punctual crews, and thorough cleanup earn consistent praise in visible reviews. Averaging 4.6 stars on 30 reviews; negative reviews (about 10% of total) are not shown here.
Five-star reviews praise Pete, Rick, and Neal for honest assessments, quick responsiveness, and clean execution on roofs and skylights; jobs finish early, pricing is fair, and crews treat homes with care. However, multiple one-star reviews document serious installation flaws (copper flashing, gutters installed incorrectly, nails left on driveways), language barriers preventing communication, and critical disputes over warranty coverage for leaks and interior water damage totaling thousands of dollars, which the company denies responsibility for.
Two five-star reviews highlight fast, transparent work and meticulous cleanup. Zac and his crew are credited with delivering on timelines, eliminating hidden fees, and leaving properties spotless. Evidence is thin, but both reviewers recommend them without reservation.
Installation quality is strong when crews arrive, but the path to that point involves frustrating delays, unresponsive communication, and product mismatches. Reviewers praise technicians like Dan, Dave, Darrell, and crew lead Lateef for professional work and clean sites. The critical complaint recurs: once paperwork is signed, responsiveness drops sharply. Multiple customers reported waiting months for meter connections, calling repeatedly to move projects forward, and discovering installed panels do not match what was promised (Hyundai instead of Tesla, 36 panels instead of 37). Post-installation support is described as slow and dismissive when problems arise.
All 43 reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise the crew's speed and professionalism, especially owner Joe D's honesty during estimates and follow-up after completion. Work stays clean, arrives on schedule, and finishes ahead of time. Fair quotes with no hidden fees and financing options offered. New roofs hold up through storms without leaks.
Every reviewer rated BMC five stars, citing speed (same-day emergency response, jobs done ahead of schedule) and owner Mauricio's hands-on presence alongside professional crews. Pricing consistently came in lower than competitor quotes; cleanup and courtesy were standard across roof replacements, siding, gutters, and storm damage work.

Crews complete jobs efficiently, keep sites spotless, and handle complex angles and leak diagnostics competently. One reviewer noted the pricing runs a bit high, though most found costs competitive and fair.
Most customers praise Roofing Services of New England for responsiveness, fair pricing, and solid workmanship on residential and commercial jobs. Adam and Tony personally answer calls and provide photo updates. One recent complaint signals a serious gap: a roof repair under warranty leaked worse than the original damage, follow-up visits were promised but never made, and the owner stopped answering calls. A commercial project received four stars for responsive communication but middling quality control, with scratched metal work and sloppy caulking noted. Strength in relationship-building has masked occasional execution lapses.
Richie's Roofing stands out for honest estimates and refusal to use fear-based sales tactics. Customers consistently report responsive communication, one-day project completions, meticulous cleanup, and a crew that handles complex repairs and full replacements with equal care. One older complaint about noise has been resolved; the reviewer now recommends the business highly.
Work quality and attention to detail earn consistent praise, with jobs finished ahead of schedule and jobsites left clean. However, follow-up on gutter adjustments and other aftercare has sometimes gone unaddressed. The 86% five-star rating reflects strong satisfaction with main projects, but follow-up work requires careful tracking.
All nine reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise the crew's respect and workmanship. Evidence is limited to one recent review text.
Armor Shield delivers sharp installation work when active on a job, with crews known for speed, cleanliness, and keeping owners in the loop. The core problem: post-job accountability collapses. Multiple owners waited weeks or months for callbacks on leaks after roof replacement, eventually hiring competitors. One client waited over a year after the company cashed an $11,000 insurance check, the house leaked throughout, and the owner reported zero response to refund requests.
Nine five-star reviews highlight fast, leak-free work on commercial and flat roofs. Reviewers name Vincent for going out of his way with questions; the company coordinates with insurers to manage costs and delivers results efficiently.
Eight five-star reviews paint a consistent picture: this Glastonbury crew finishes jobs cleanly, works with care for the property, and stands ready to solve roofing problems at short notice. No complaints surface in the available feedback.
All 11 reviews rate Giant Roofing five stars. Customers praise the crew for arriving on time, working cleanly, and finishing quickly. Several note that technicians diagnose roof leaks other companies missed, explain conditions clearly without pressure, and stand behind their work with warranties. Pricing consistently described as fair; one reviewer noted they chose Giant Roofing because quality mattered more than being the cheapest option.
Five-star reviews praise M2 for fast, professional roofing and roof replacement work, transparent quotes, and responsiveness during emergencies. One-star reviews report broken promises, long project delays, poor communication, pricing disputes, and in one case a legal lien placed on a homeowner's property without apparent justification. The stark divide suggests inconsistency in project delivery and customer handling. Recent work praised includes full roof replacements completed in three days, tile repairs handled professionally, and teams that responded at night to protect exposed roofing. Complaints span delayed roof replacements in Florida lasting months, siding work that took three times longer than promised, and staff communication barriers.
All seven reviews praise the team's skill, clear communication, and meticulous cleanup, with several noting competitive pricing. Jose, Einstein, and David are named repeatedly for their professionalism and attention to detail, including techniques like magnet sweeps for nails and transparent discussion of needed repairs like plywood replacement.
All 14 reviews award five stars. Customers consistently praise the team for scheduling quickly, communicating clearly, and finishing roof replacements in a single day with meticulous cleanup. Staff by name-Ryan, Gavin, Mark, and Fil-appear repeatedly as trusted coordinators who explain options (physical shingle samples mentioned) and oversee the work personally, leaving properties spotless and free of debris. Westport and Fairfield County residents highlight fair estimates and honest sales practices. Work quality and material choices span asphalt shingles to standing seam metal and composite products. One reviewer noted CRS was the only company to provide a physical catalogue of shingle types and colors, setting them apart in the consultation process.
Strong fieldwork from crews like Terado, Royland, and Brian earns consistent praise for care and detail; energy audits uncover real savings (20% air leakage reduction, state rebates). However, larger projects run into friction: insulation jobs delivered messy and with surprise charges, solar installs stalled months past promised dates, and followup requests vanish into voicemail. Owner engagement rescues some situations quickly, but operational followup is unreliable across the company.
All nine reviews rate Infinity Oak five stars. Reviewers praise Fabiani, Fabianny, and Zaida for showing up on time, keeping work areas tidy, and handling insurance claims with confidence. Several credit the team with turning down claims into full roof replacements through thorough inspection and expert documentation.
Five-star reviews highlight New Britain Roofing's reputation across New England for commercial work and sheet metal expertise since 1979. Reviewers praise named staff members and the team's personal approach to client relationships.
Restoration Roofing delivers on roof work and gutters quickly, often finishing jobs in one or two days. Edgar and Lucero lead most calls and inspections personally, explain pricing upfront, and leave sites clean. One recent job had crew delays and poor cleanup, but that stands out sharply against years of five-star reviews praising speed and attention to detail.
Colonial Exteriors earns high marks for single-home roof and gutter work, with owner Chris known to follow up personally. However, a major multi-unit project revealed serious delays and incomplete work over months, with workers appearing sporadically and the site looking neglected. This split suggests the company performs well on straightforward jobs but struggles with scope and coordination on larger builds.
When Overstate completes a job well, they earn high marks for fast turnaround and fair pricing, especially on emergency water damage and roof replacements. However, recent complaints allege poor quality control, leaking repairs, and reliance on unqualified subcontractors who leave incomplete work and property damage. The stark divide between satisfied customers and those reporting ongoing issues raises questions about consistency.</summary> <parameter name="sentiment_tags">["responsive-communication", "fair-pricing", "skilled-workmanship", "shoddy-workmanship", "left-mess", "leaks-after-repair", "missed-deadlines"]

Two five-star reviews praise Professional Roofers for spotting storm damage, guiding customers through insurance approval, and delivering roof replacements and window installations at competitive prices. Staff kept customers informed throughout, and results satisfied both households enough to recommend the company.
Roland's Home Improvement delivers consistent quality across roofing, gutters, and siding projects. Reviewers consistently praise Roland's hands-on oversight, competitive pricing, and the team's professionalism. Work stays on time and within budget, with meticulous cleanup. One older complaint about a missed estimate callback is isolated against 88% five-star reviews.

However, recent reviews raise concerns about follow-up when issues arise post-installation, affecting the company's overall reliability.

William and his team deliver roofing and exterior repairs with speed and polish. Work spans siding repair, chimney flashing, tile restoration, and roof fixes, with customers consistently praising the material quality, step-by-step documentation, and clean finish.
Twenty-five reviews paint QNK Roofing as precise and reliable: crews diagnose leaks correctly rather than patch them, arrive on schedule, finish ahead of time, and leave properties spotless. Named techs Patricio and Fernando earn specific praise for attention to detail on specialty materials like cedar and slate. One older complaint flagged a worker who misidentified a chimney issue and overestimated costs; recent reviews show consistent responsiveness and fair pricing.

Twelve reviews praise Platinum Home Solutions for clean, quick roof work and transparent pricing, with James accessible throughout the process and skilled at guiding customers through insurance claims. One damaging account alleges the owner made an uninvited sales call, conducted a roof inspection without permission, missed a scheduled insurance inspection, then denied responsibility when an adjuster flagged mechanical damage and accused the customer of dishonesty.
Most customers praise Tony and his crew for fast responses, honest pricing, and thorough flat roof and repair work across commercial and residential projects. One major caveat: a commercial customer paid $15,000 for a silicone membrane overlay with a 20-year warranty in 2023 and has received zero response to four inspection requests over two months, raising real concerns about honoring warranty obligations despite the company's otherwise strong track record.
Kramer earns strong praise for speed and ice dam/emergency response, with staff like Gary Sr., Gary Jr., and Kate winning trust on insurance claims and gutter work. However, several complaints over five years cite missed appointments, unreturned calls, and delays on large-scale jobs, particularly water mitigation and basement reconstruction. The business excels at quick fixes but has struggled to manage customer communication on extended projects.
Most reviewers praise quick turnaround on roof and storm repairs, with staff like Juan, Pablo, and Jaden earning specific praise for responsiveness. A minority report serious concerns: workers on-site misbehavior, gutters hung incorrectly with incomplete nailing, and roof leaks that recur after repair with the company ignoring follow-up calls.

Five-star reviews consistently praise CMW's clean work, clear communication, and professional handling of roofing and gutter projects. Evidence is limited to three recent reviews, all positive.
